Binaries version now uses jar files instead of needing all those crazy directories. Finally!

This is the very first public release of WebGrapher. It started as a group project by a team in Dr. Stuart Faulk's CIS 422 class in the Computer and Information Science department at the University of Oregon.
Note that this first version is alpha. It's version 0.1, so you should expect there to be missing features and some bugs. But I've tested the program against various Web sites and it has proved useful in finding missing links and invalid links, so even though it's still in the alpha phase, you might still find it very helpful. So enjoy it, and let me know how it performs. I'm happy to hear about both successes and any deficiencies in the program.
